We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3pm Monday-Saturday (excl. Bank Holidays).
During peak seasons, for example: Black Friday, and Christmas, there can be delays in shipping with a higher volume of orders needing to be processed and dispatched. Of course, this is not ideal for anyone, and we work hard to make sure all orders are processed as quickly as possible.
IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS IN DISPATCHING ORDERS, THIS IS ALWAYS STATED ON THE HOME PAGE OF THE WEBSITE.
If you have placed an order that contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, you should expect your order to be dispatched when all items are readily available. If you wish to receive items as quickly as possible, please place separate orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Currently All orders over £50 are sent Free on a Next Day service. Orders under £50 are sent on a next day service for £4.99.
All Orders are sent using next day shipping With either DPD or royal mail Tracked 24.
Delivery Aim: next working day after they accept your parcel – but please bear in mind, this is not a next day guarantee.

This is for all orders placed Mon-Fri. Orders placed Sat & Sun will be shipped Monday for Tuesday Delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note, Stellar Cards customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international deliveries.
If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by Steller Cards in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
Economy
We Use DPD international where possible so all shipments are trackable using there website tracking portal.
Please note that delivery times are just estimated quotes by the courier companies. Delays do happen occasionally as there are many uncontrollable factors in the process of shipment.
